Returns (Store Credit)

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@purrysavage.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. 

  • Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. 
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow Purry Savage 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. The following items are also not eligible for returns:

  • Beauty
  • Bodysuits
  • Face masks
  • Intimates/Lingerie
  • Jewelry
  • Swimwear


Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges; however, if your return is accepted, you may make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds (Store Credit)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via store credit. We do not refund to original form of payment.

Order Cancellation Policy

An order cannot be canceled if it's already in processing status or shipped.

An order can usually be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, but it is not guaranteed. If an order can be canceled, you will see a "Cancel Order" button available.

If you do not see the "Cancel Order" button, your order is already being processed. Please note the warehouse works as quickly as possible to get you your items, so the grace period is brief.
